Her creative vision is influenced by filmmakers such as Coralie Fargeat and Emerald Fennell, whose bold and unapologetic styles challenge audiences to confront both beauty and discomfort. Alexandra is drawn to narratives that explore contrast -the polished and the raw, the appealing and the unsettling with honesty and intention.
At the core of her work is a deep commitment to people. She believes that every role on set is essential, and actively fosters an environment where collaboration, respect, and growth are prioritized.
As a co-founder of Thalassar Pictures, she champions adaptability, creativity, and genuine connection. Her goal is not only to tell compelling stories, but to build lasting creative relationships and support others in developing their voice within the industry.

Alexandra Christodoulaki is a filmmaker and actress based in London. She holds two Master’s degrees from the London Film Academy, specializing in Screenwriting and Filmmaking. Her work spans directing, assistant directing, and producing, giving her a well-rounded and collaborative approach to storytelling.

Sajeel Ahmad is an actor and filmmaker currently based in London after completing his Master’s in Filmmaking from the London Film Academy. Hailing from a leftist political background he has long been engaged in the socio-political realities and the stories of the people. His early interest in storytelling and the arts deepened after discovering the work of Satyajit Ray, where he realized that filmmaking is a powerful political tool.

Sajeel Ahmad holds a four years Bachelors in Film Majors, and a 3 years Diploma in Classical and Contemporary Theatre. His experience both behind the camera as a storyteller and in front of the camera as an actor gives him an edge to experiment with innovative filmmaking techniques.
He believes the real power of storytelling lies in the subtle nuances in the narratives and loves to explore the complexities of human emotions through his characters both as a filmmaker and as an actor.
As a co-founder of Thalassar Pictures he aims to create a collaborative community of filmmakers and actors and creating an inclusive platform where emerging voices can grow together. He is committed to supporting storytellers at all stages, championing the idea that every story, regardless of scale, is meaningful and deserves to be told.
